It isn’t normal for a president to repeatedly threaten the use of military force against American citizens. Treating the National Guard as a political pawn disrespects those who serve and undermines public trust in our military.

PLEASE have someone look up what it takes to amend the Constitution. It's not just a bill passed by certain majorities in both houses of Congress. It also requires ratification by 75% of states. Trump can't change that by going to the Supreme Court.
