Also, who was the last DBacks Starter to throw 7+ shutout innings? Ryne Nelson! Nelly did it on July 30, 2024.
It's honestly a crime he isn't in the starting rotation. But that said, I'm glad he was able to lock this one down for the boys!

This angle is misleading. The front angle showed Lindor's glove was actually nowhere near Alek Thomas's left foot & the movement you see is actually from the ball going into the glove & Lindor snapping it back. Thomas's hand then touches the base before Lindor's glove hits his right ankle.
