extreme lack of Due Process: Allows the government to cancel immigration documents or applications for entire groups of people based on a broad, without individualized assessment or a proper right to appeal. This broad, unchecked executive power is a central problem similar to Patriot Act.

Bill C-2 would allow law enforcement & intel agencies (CSIS) to access basic personal info from telecommunication companies without a warrant & can obtain data like browsing history ("reasonable suspicion" instead of "reasonable belief"). Similar to the Patriot Act in U.S.

In England, under existing laws and the new Online Safety Act. Over 12,000 arrests were made in the past year for speech-related offenses, include arrests for political opinions, silent protests, & even reposting memes.
