I am lucky to live in Scotland, where NHS dentists are still a thing, and in a big city, meaning close to a big dental hospital. I think the choice may be more of "we get paid a higher rate for that than just pulling the thing."

I don't think they will. I think they're stepping into the Tories spot, leaving space for an actual lefty group (whoever that ends up being) to get some seats. That's my hope at least.
