One thing I'd say is that supplementing electrolytes takes a lot more salt than you expect. I use lo-salt in cooking, not to reduce sodium but to increase potassium intake coz my diet is low in it.

Alright, so I'm back on the drinks with electrolytes, and I'm still coming down with these headaches about the same time every afternoon. Since it's not A&E bad, and getting a GP appointment will take a while, I'm open to suggestions from fellow spoonies.

5 years ago today, Pandemic Year. It had been a month since I opened my "side project" (lol) cat rescue in the spare room of my flat in London.

So, I need to find a driver to help me move a dishwasher to my flat. I need volunteers to help move my fridge from my kitchen to the hall cupboard and lift it on top of the freezer. Then I'll need a plumber to come and put pipes in place for the dishywashy. So, yeah, aaaaaaaahhhhhh!

In burnout and not doing good. Which is why now is the best (i.e. worst) possible time for the dishwasher to crap out on me. I've opened it up and I think I've found the problem. Tomorrow will be a trip to screwfix coz I really really can't today.
