simple question - let's say you have a hard time growing your revenue from $3k to $10k MRR

you need to develop your business for at least 12+ months to reach this milestone

would you rather exit now for $100k + start a new product in a trending space, or persist for 12 months, then exit for $400k?

One way to find a good idea is select something your competitors are not doing.

Better yet, that they 𝘸𝘰𝘯’𝘵 do in future, because it’s against their brand, their design, their culture, their technology, or the public personality of their CEO or founder.

What would your reaction be if you saw a solopreneur developing the same product as you? I see a lot of people building tools for Bluesky!

If tomorrow levelsio or Marc Lou start dyeing their hair green or using wordpress, will you do the same?
