Not just Europe but Guardian and whole Corp media and rubbish bbc. Putin invades Ukraine = liberal bleating - rightly but willfully ignoring NATOs role in this. Israel turns it's settler colonial violence dial all the way up to genocide and said liberal media looks furiously away. Why I wonder?

This is a bad look, but it's only an 8-mile-long road right near the city. In the grand scheme of Amazon deforestation, this is peanuts. What concerns me more is that the massive investments in modernizing Belém will do little for the city's 2 million people.
