1. The big bats wake up, they score 4 runs in the first inning followed immediately by Nola giving up 6 in the bottom of the 1st.

Once again I am reminded how old I am. I bring up the idea of the Phils pinch-running with a pitcher and people are dumbfounded.
Believe it or not, this has been done. Believe it or not, every pitcher on the roster has been a baserunner. More than once or twice.

Agree with your assessment. Really could pinch run Casty because no one was left. He was gonna pinch hit with Bader and if it went extras , Wilson would have to play for Bader.
