It should be bigger news that masked agents were filmed hours ago removing potentially inculpatory evidence from the ICE shooter's house, clearly lacking evidence tags or chain of custody stickers.

This is why the investigation should not go anywhere near people who prejudged her as a “domestic terrorist.” In fact, ICE’s mission, deploying in big cities where Trump is wildly unpopular, is actual terrorism.
So when authorities say “she tried to run over an officer,” that is not a neutral description. It is a claim of intent that can be used to justify lethal force after the fact.
