This is not hard. Artists are not responsible for ensuring the Kennedy Center remains relevant and successful. The center’s board is responsible for that, in a fiduciary way. All of this energy being directed at artists should be re-directed at the board.

I struggle to see the long-term vision of those who defend unbridled executive power.
If a president can turn off birthright citizenship like a light switch, then surely a future president can turn it back on, rename the Kennedy Center, and mostly extinguish the legacy of any prior president.

There is no question that Ramaswamy is right about the principle: American citizenship does not come in tiers, and racial bigotry should be condemned, full stop. The problem is he's a phony and a hypocrite.
