We still don't know whether tonight will be the night, but Bruce Fanjoy put in the effort, and that's why we're seeing the Liberals up in Carleton in early results IMO. This was a really local race in ways we don't often see. Plus, it's an Ottawa riding, so convoy & public service are factors.
