In January I started working in a planner that is helpful for my ADD. I’ve stuck with my three month goals: track everything ( sushi dinner) , keep on top of fitness goals ( massage/facial) , and keep run club alive thru winter (new running shoes.). Facial and shoes incoming! #adhdinwomen
