We have done it for whole mouse brain and works fine. However, we haven’t tested all the sc applications yet.

For full organs it’ll struggle because penetration of DSP will be slower than the 1/2 lifetime of the DSP in PBS. For full organs I recommend FixNCut v2 (www.protocols.io/view/fixncut...). I do recommend to optimize it because it’s not Ben exhaustively tested in all tissues yet.
