My colleagues at Bloomberg report that the $20 billion debt in the EA deal is expected to be rated single-B — meaning it is considered a "junk" loan, or one that is high-risk and speculative, typically offering high interest rates. Which the new EA will have to pay

Much appreciation to those who’ve checked in on me regarding the big storms that appear to be headed to NC. Even if things get a bit hairy (and there is a chance) I’m *far* better prepared this time around. Cut down and trimmed all the riskiest trees, got lots of supplies. Just a waiting game now.

AT-LP120 turntable with phono bypass mod and upgraded stylus, lovingly restored Pioneer SX-1050 receiver, Cerwin Vega SL-15 speakers, and the Energy RC-70 towers aren’t doing anything since they’re for my TV but they’re still cool

The new NIN album arrived just as I was unpacking some audio gear from storage too, so that’s been the soundtrack for this move-back-home weekend. And what an enjoyable one it is.

That video is 8 years old, the warehouse sold their entire stock quickly and the seller account is long gone.

You’d be lucky to find that sort of complete system at all anymore, as the landscape of vintage computers has changed a LOT since then in price and availability.
