there were people saying this is where everything was headed way back in 2020 and they were scoffed at and ignored and sidelined by the dem party. and if you ask me, maybe the people who did the scoffing should be less influential in the party going forward. just imo

There have been some very scathing dissents over the years, but I can't think of one where the accusation is so bluntly made that the majority is a bunch of partisan hacks who are politically subservient to a president.

If you’re not white, or you have friends or loved ones who aren’t white, or you’re not a total sociopath and therefore care about fellow humans who aren’t white, you need to understand this regime thinks not being white is inherently suspect, and lots of your fellow Americans are fine with that.

It is really bad that right-wing terrorists basically have the same goals as the Republican establishment (terror against abortion providers, sexual and racial minorities, Democrats, and liberal causes) but the media will look aghast at any possible suggestion that the latter influences the former.

They [rightly] call Trump a fascist, then said they’d work with him. They [rightly] call on Cuomo to resign, then support his attempted political comeback. This is why people do not trust the democratic establishment: they keep showing they have no real principles, just pathetic fingers to the wind.

Holy crap. The DOJ is arguing that the President can unilaterally deport anyone he wants without ANY statutory authority, just on his inherent authority as President over national security.
That is a terrifying claim to make and not one that has ever been recognized before in US history.
