There were also a few Red Tailed Hawks flying over the canyon during my hike. This one was nice enough to perch at the top of a tree. #redtailedhawk

Couple more shots of that same Red Shouldered Hawk. Partly cloudy lighting is so rough for me but at least it seems to have given each shot a different mood.

Another edit of the owl - tough to get photos of because it was so dark I had to do long exposures to even reveal that it was there. I could barely make out it’s silhouette with my naked eye.

I figure here I’ll probably also share some of the wildlife/nature focused art I make. This is a little illustration I did of an Offshore Orca after seeing that about 60 - 80 individuals had been seen in Monterey bay. #orca #orcaart #offshoreorca
