NEW: The Trump admin is considering destroying 160 million COVID tests, worth half a billion dollars.
This would be a horrible waste. COVID is still around, and causes high levels of illness and deaths throughout the year. Tests are expensive. The government should send them to people for free.

I'm not sure if this counts as my first post because I already reposted once. But I thought I should introduce myself because I really enjoyed reading other people's intros. I read lot, and I mean a lot. I love to cook, do needlepoint and embroidery. Big fan of old movies, Trek, and Tolkien.
