Two truths:
1) The Tories failed to do various things they should have whilst they had the chance
2) Not doing those things is inherently ethically and morally wrong
Labour cannot hide behind the defence "Well, you lot didn't do it either!" to avoid action.
That makes them as bad as the Tories.
