We waren met maximaal 3 woordvoerders, terwijl die van de grootste drie fracties afwezig waren... Er is best iets te zeggen voor meer checks and balances, maar “Don’t bite off more than you can chew”, kent u die uitdrukking?

Dat de BBB vandaag datzelfde voorstelt als partij in een demissionaire minderheidscoalitie - meer bewindspersonen dan Kamerzetels - is al even problematisch. Het normaliseert het idee dat democratie en rechtsstaat wel een tandje minder mogen, als het je inhoudelijke doelen in de weg staat.

Bezint eer ge begint. "Hate speech trials" kunnen koren op de molen zijn van dit soort types. Dat Dilan is gezwicht betekent niet dat Els c.s. zwicht. Wilders heeft heel veel garen gesponnen bij het slachtofferschap en de aandacht van de rechtszaken die tegen hem aangespannen zijn.
