My hot take is that if does not actually matter to Palestine, or to any Indigenous population, what DNA tests show. I'm obviously not an Indigenous person but if my DNA showed I was 96% donkey and 4% tardigrade, it still wouldn't be okay to kill me and take my house.

I need to get one next month too. Little nervous. But this is right. Routine colonoscopies have decreased deaths from colorectal cancers by like 66%. That’s insane. And a lot of folks I know say the prep is worse than the procedure itself. Anyway. Sending solidarity for the #buttcam3000

I made my career my life for awhile and burned out badly. I have a much, much better balance to my life now and am a thousand times happier. I don’t trust people that say you need to work yourself into the ground.

Oh awesome! Yeah, so many families there. Maybe I can convince mine to go one year 😂 nice and sunny, but I would’ve preferred about ten degrees cooler. It was kinda steamy in the sun. I love this race though so I was just happy to be there

Did the Lemieux 6.6k. Still waiting on official time, but watch time was about 49 minutes. Love the vibes of this race, and I pet all the dogs! Felt like I could’ve done better, but I know I’ve just gotta keep showing up and continuing to get back in shape.
