Federal governments have known about the gross mismanagement and corruption in their offshore detention operations for years.
Neither the NACC nor the AFP nor Home Affairs nor DFAT - who all know about it - have shown any desire to stop it. Serves their political purposes.

ABC’s John Lyons has fired back at Donald Trump’s “absurd notion” that asking legitimate questions could damage relations b/w the US & Australia
“If our job as journalists is to hold truth to power, then surely asking legitimate questions politely…should be acceptable”🔥💯 #Abc

It is over for the genocide deniers.

Even the BBC is now splashing on the UN commission of inquiry concluding that Israel has committed genocide.

Those who supported Israel's onslaught:

You backed a genocide.

You will never scrub the shame away.

Australia has an opportunity to get out of AUKUS. We should take it.

We ask the Albanese Government to prioritise Australia's interests and security, and to join the UK and the US Governments in undertaking an independent parliamentary inquiry into AUKUS.

Appalling. Discriminatory. Shameful. The Albanese government has proposed legislation that would allow it to waive a cornerstone of our legal system, the requirement of procedural fairness for non-citizens facing removal to a third country.

Why would anyone want to get relations ‘back on track’ with a nation committing genocide?

'Back on track'? Why that's the wrong question on Israel
After all we've seen in Gaza, when do we stop pretending that Israel has any moral authority to criticise any other nation state?

Take note President Trump, Hastie has spoken 🤦‍♂️.

The US would do us real service if they were to pull out of #AUKUS because our ‘leadership’ are wilfully blind to the fact that the US doesn’t have the capacity to deliver the subs. $4.7B already down the 🚽. #honesty #auspol

Instead of honouring our brave Palestinian journalist colleagues including Al Jazeera’s Anas Al-Sharif killed in Gaza, much of the media repeated - nay led - with the Israeli line that they were “terrorists” despite a complete lack of evidence.

When will journos and others stop repeating propaganda like "90,000" people attended the March For Humanity?

That's a NSW police alleged "estimate"

New👏🏽South👏🏽Wales👏🏽Police

You know, the ones against the march in the 1st place?

Deliberately downgrading obvious public support, benefits their agenda
We all felt we had done something memorable. It was the opposition from government and police to the march that brought hundreds of thousands of us out in the rain. The point we made has clearly registered. #auspol #IsraelPalestine
Watermelons in the rain
We knew a thousand police couldn’t arrest 90,000 of us, so the march for Palestine was always going to happen. An 11th-hour decision by Justice Belinda Rigg just made it legal.
