My latest soap because creativity helps lift me out the madness of our time.

It depicts rocks in a stream (cross-section).

@hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social Step aside if you won't seize this moment to fight these mAGa ghouls - we need leaders with a f*cking SPINE and some imagination to get us through this hellscape.

We're watching our country burn while you whine.
Unbelievable. 😤
Ain't good. Compared to Senate Dems, House Dems have less leverage. One exception is the budget fight. But here's the Dem House Leader TODAY declining to use that leverage.

If you have a Dem rep, ask them to use their leverage. And tell them to tell Jeffries to lead.

Stay tuned - more to come.

“I think we’re due for a renewal of demanding that the people who are giving us information about our lives tell the truth about it.”

@hcrichardson.bsky.social explains how presidential integrity has eroded to the point where lies go unchecked—but Americans are taking notice & taking action.

YES 👏🏼 👏🏼
I just came off the floor after speaking for an hour. I refuse to let Republicans confirm Russ Vought the easy way, so we're holding the floor through the night for 30 straight hours.

Vought has shown he'll ignore the law & constitution. I'll be voting NO tomorrow.

The latest folks to NOT bend the knee:

Last night, Trump fired a number of inspectors general, but as you can see in this letter here, they are refusing to leave their posts as they believe his action is illegal. Federal law requires 1 month’s notice to Congress.

Littwin: For progressives who have taken a vacation from the news, Monday is your wake-up call
The stakes are so high that you might even need to bite the bullet and watch Donald Trump take the oath, presumably on a Trump-branded Bible.

The solar manufacturing boom in the US is a huge, under-covered story. As of Q3, the US has the capacity to produce enough panels to satisfy its own demand -- a fundamental, epochal change from even a few years ago.
