Right? We did everything”they” told us to do — worked hard, played by the rules — and now, when all that work is supposed to pay off, we get this shit. And when you read that $79 trillion has transferred to the billionaire class over 50 years, well, I’d kinda like my money back.

I retired from a tech college. My health insurance was great. It’s the reason I took the job in the first place. I was self-employed and turning 40. Took a significant pay cut initially, but totally worth it.

So I expect to get, what, $1200 a month from the government for the rest of my life to pay for a policy with terms that I negotiate directly with an insurance company? Is that what these jackasses are trying to sell now?
