Reading = therapy!
Bibliotherapy is the ancient practice of encouraging reading for therapeutic effect. Today, it takes many forms, from literature courses run for prison inmates to reading circles for elderly people suffering from dementia.
Can Reading Make You Happier?
After the First World War, traumatized soldiers were often prescribed a course of reading.

"In a world full of people who seem to know everything, passionately, based on little (often slanted) information, where certainty is often mistaken for power, what a relief it is to be in the company of someone confident enough to stay unsure (that is, perpetually curious)."

This is Christian Stocker and he's the new Austrian chancellor. He is part-responsible for preventing a far right nutcase from leading our government. But let's not forget, he's also been part-responsible for some of the worst political disasters of recent years.

Musk blames Ukrainians for cyberattack on X. Experts aren’t convinced.
