I’ve heard magnesium is supposed to help—thanks for the reminder! The other part is I used to have a daily 5AM conference call for years, so it’s also getting out of that pattern 🤦🏻‍♀️
I wish I could do gummies, but can’t with other meds.

When I hear Scarlatti K319, I hear sheepdog.
It’s etched in memory from an old daily rhythm where every day felt like a Sunday morning & this was first piece played after tuning. It was not complete until Aristotle, a lummox of a sheepdog, came thumping in.
