Love this. My best one recently was a kid at school with communication difficulties who proudly told me, “I good morninged you today”

I took a bagful of bits in yesterday. Two very tarnished silver cups for the home corner, a wooden play dough chopping board, a little crocheted square for a baby blanket, a box of Tiger who Came to Tea jigsaws and a plastic bowl. (Can you tell I’m in early years?)

Nah, it’s because of having a z in your name. I write them like that but definitely remember incorporating it deliberately to make my signature more interesting. I am only 41 and definitely not ‘older’ 🤣

People need to remember that going to school is a kid's life. There's all this discourse on we're doing what's good for them (many years in the future) and neglect of the fact that kids spend much of lives in school. School is life, not an optimisation centre.
