Yeah that first dip was water loss. Outside in heat with intense physical exercise etc. the second one though, that’s fat loss. I only weigh in morning never any other time, and mostly so I can track trends relating to what I’m doing. In sept I was in Italy stuck in an office all day 😞

My weight is a bit nuts at the moment. Generally around 82kg but those two low dips are 80.5kg, first is a weekend I did digging and shovelling all weekend and last is I did house cleaning the entire weekend (everything, top to bottom). Thorough cleaning is a hell of an aerobic workout.

I like everything about the new macOS 26. Except this: they essentially just shoved a billion pixel width border around everything to make it look pretty and all it really does is just take up space and make buttons smaller

That’s why I’m so damned happy there’s this company in NZ doing actual glass jars full, and actual natural flavours or even *no flavour* which I dump an espresso in. The energy drink vibe stuff tastes atrociously bad. Maybe something similar in Ireland? www.nothingnaughty.kiwi.nz/collections/...
