I thought Marty Supreme was an ok movie. But hiring Kevin O’Leary - actual millionaire - to be the smarmy “rich people do what they want” guy was unhinged.

I saw (at least) 46 movies in theaters last year. And still missed so many that I wanted to see.
My point is those complaining there’s nothing good to see in theaters is a boring liar. Cinema continues to be worth it.

it is MIRACULOUS that we got rid of lead paint and asbestos when we did. if we had tried that today, there would be people whining about how we're restricting their rights.
Bring back residential-use lead paint, you cowards.

The “twist” at the end of Star Trek: Khan was telegraphed pretty hard, but overall that was an extremely enjoyable show. Naveen Andrews was perfect casting.

I turn 40 in 13 days, so I’m currently in Iceland with two of my best friends doing more physical exertion than we are capable.
Some unexpected expenses at home have made this a more budget strapped event than planned. But I’m only 9 hours in and already overwhelmed by how amazing it is.
