With SCOTUS set to legalize conversion therapy, I think it's important for states to get around this decision by implementing new legislation applying private rights of action to practitioners of conversion therapy by their victims with large damages and long statutes of limitations.

Gifted education is special education. There's remediation - what you usually think of when you think of "special ed" - and there's enrichment.

Enrichment isn't "better." It exists to address the needs of kids who are not sufficiently challenged by the typical school day.
