like, the Futro S930 is a nice machine, and the biggest boost is easily that it has a (standard) PCIe header and USB 3.0 on board. that's huge. but my S900 with the T-G56N is faster in practice because it has a fan and so it doesn't immediately thermally throttle itself to death

hah nope.

good news is just by blowing air through it with a 2.5W fan, it dropped the peak temp from ~70C to ~44C. So I'll 3D print a stand with a fan in the base and run a connector from the internal fan header to power them.

Well, I've been doing professional comic work for the past six years or so thanks to putting my art out there on social media. In fact, I'm just finishing up a day of colouring as I type this.

side note, the one with the German flag is single-core and will get FreeDOS and a BBS on it someday

ok so it's not an M.2 slot it's a mini-PCIe slot which may cause conflicts with the full-size PCIe slot that this also has.

and in the background is an mSATA slot with a tiny 16GB drive in it.

my cup runneth over.
