Power cuts in Port Isaac. Chefs at Nathan Outlaw’s New Road restaurant prepared our dinner with no electricity or gas, and just candle light in the kitchen. Impressive!! 😋

Today I learnt that the needle exchange programme isn’t just about the needle, it’s also ensures that users have syringes without any deadspace where blood can collect.

This is my favourite neighbourhood cat. He’s not as photogenic as my neighbour’s other cats, but he’s such a softie when he gets used to you 💕
