Finally got around to Death By Lightning. Overall it gave me the same feeling as Boardwalk Empire - lots of talent and well-executed but falls short of greatness. Bradley Whitford and Nick Offerman stand out in a stacked cast

It’s so much easier for comic actors to do drama than vice versa. Look at Jim Carrey in Eternal Sunshine or Truman Show, and then look at De Niro’s comedies, they’re terrible
