Dealing with dependencies in C++ projects on Windows is still so terrible. God help you if you aren't using MSVC. Or if you _are_, and need a CI environment, and can't shell out the money for a Windows server to run it on. Or anything Windows at all. Can it be the year of the Linux desktop please??
