The terror attack at a Hanukkah celebration in Sydney today was an abhorrent act of antisemitism.

My thoughts are with the victims, their families and the Jewish community in Sydney and across the world as we reckon with this violent attack that claimed at least 16 lives and marred many others.

@mikeschreiner.bsky.social telling it like it is. The Ford regime doesn't govern in the public interest.
We've seen what a Ford majority government looks like.

If you're a wealthy, well-connected insider, it's going great. If you're not, then life in Ontario has only become harder and more expensive.

Imagine what we could accomplish if we put everyday people first.
What does a Ford majority look like? Bad for the average Ontarian

Take a look at how @mikeschreiner.bsky.social has been voting at Queen'S Park last week. @ontariogreens.bsky.social are acting on your behalf.
Catching up on post my votes from last week.

I voted no to government Bill 25 because non-profit and social service agencies have raised serious concerns govt directives in the bill is overreach that could be used to force government ideology into community services under threat of defunding.

Data centres are energy hungry but what if we could use their waste heat to heat our homes?

That's exactly what happens in places like Finland: Cities are tapping the vast amounts of waste heat generated by data centres, and feeding it into district-heating networks.

The incompetence of the Ford PC government is incredible. 780 million pieces of personal protective equipment have been BURNED (not recycled) since 2020. A PC minister blames the previous Liberal government!

Collaboration when possible. Scrutiny when necessary. The stakes demand both. Elizabeth May makes clear that any move toward tankers on B.C.’s north coast would violate the commitments the Prime Minister made in the House this week—and we intend to hold him to them.

Bill 33 is an attack on public education.

We know what would help students: smaller class sizes, more supports and better funding.

Instead the Ford government is attacking teachers and trustees.

We'll keep fighting back.

Listen to @mikeschreiner.bsky.social comment on the PC government's Fall Economic Statement (FES). Besides failing on the economy, the FES also ends setting greenhouse gas emission targets & making plans to mitigate climate change.
