This looks so comforting. I definitely need to try Japanese curry, which seems odd that I haven't by now.
Japanese curry is a dish I grew to love and appreciate as an adult. I definitely took this meal for granted when I was a child, probably because my dad made it so often. Now, I crave it when I want comfort. Whipped up a batch of Japanese beef curry today to serve on top of some udon noodles 🍽️
