Made "Tur-chicken Soup". 😄

Used the rest of the chicken from Thanksgiving and turkey broth from the freezer made earlier in the year. With onion, carrots, celery, white potatoes, S&P and parsley. 🍽️🍜

There is more shrimp and leftover remoulade sauce from Thanksgiving for a couple days from now.

My Thanksgiving meal. Roast chicken, mashed potatoes with mushroom, gravy and steamed zucchini. Starting with an appetizer of shrimp remoulade. 🍽️🍜

Memory: T-Day 2018 - Grilled. What may have been available, upgrades okay.

Coffee rubbed venison medallions, duck sausage w/orange liqueur, pheasant sausage w/Cognac, U-15 shrimp with garlic oil, zucchini, large scallions an charred lemons. Sides: Succotash and wild rice blend. 🍜

Tried some cocktail crab claws from Atlantic Red Crab Company purchased at Costco. I thawed a portion and served it with a sauce of butter and garlic and a bit of Old Bay seasoning.

Not bad for a frozen product. 🍽️🍜

Found this in my upright freezer from after last year's Thanksgiving. These were a big hit when I took some up to Memphis last Thanksgiving.

Still looks good, no freezer burn but I will thaw it and use it just for me in case. 🍜
