So agree! While technology has its place, everyday items found in the home can be just as effective in arm stroke rehabilitation. High dosage and repetitive practice is crucial along with the ability to translate motor function gain to ADL.
You might think that you need expensive, futuristic sounding #rehab equipment to make progress after a #stroke. I’ll explain why that’s not true and how you already have everything you need for your movement recovery at home!
