Generally, I like the story a lot. Especially the exploration in the certain themes, Light & Void being a really compelling one. However, I am a bit disappointed by the approach w/ specific individuals.

it's insane to me that they haven't backed down on this yet. they could easily just say "okay well we'll keep restrictions for public neighborhoods but for guild/charter anything goes" and i feel that would be a very fair compromise that would make perfect sense

The choice to faction-lock exteriors is going to bite them in the ass pretty hard unfortunately, not just due to obvious things like this but also just the sheer lack of variety beyond orc/human landscapes.
I will go feral when undead exteriors come out and I can't use them in the Duskwood section.

Found the blood elf house exteriors and I sure love that these are faction locked!
