While some civil servants and senior officials are experiencing bouts of conscience during the second Trump Administration, those who fall in line must reckon with how history will view them.

As Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis stated in 1933; “We can have democracy in this country or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of the few, but we cannot have both.”

Today, at a time of unprecedented income & wealth inequality, his words ring truer than ever.

As another government funding deadline approaches, we’re starting to get déjà vu about Democrats caving to Trump.

Studies suggest that, because the brain forms habits unconsciously, relying on will power to change our behavior is hopeless. Instead, we must find strategies that don’t require us to be strong.

Democrats cannot give a blank check to Trump and Elon Musk to continue their destruction of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and more.

We have to stand up for the American people. Senate Democrats must hold the line and vote NO on this Republican spending bill.

Trump & Musk want the exact power this slush fund bill would give them.

They want every member of Congress, every governor, and every CEO to come groveling before them to get their funding turned back on.

Then maybe, MAYBE they won’t fire as many veterans in your state.

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House.

We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.

They own what happens next.
