It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

I see someone already mentioned the talking to yourself as if you were talking to a friend. It’s what I try but admittedly it doesn’t always work if it’s a particularly bad night. 😅

I admit I saw this post and immediately went and bought the red dragon. rip my wallet. I can’t find the black dragon anywhere though, hopefully they restock it soon. 😭 I think I see preorders for the blue dragon though.
