The second witch has a surfboard (a rather small one) tucker under her right arm. She appears to have landed on her broom, ready to zoom down to the water. A vivid Blue horizontal landscape, for Sci-fi TTRPG "Stations and Starships" by Frigid Pigeon Inc. The central focus of the piece is a tall wedge'shaped ship half in the water and half above. On its large dorsal wing are two smaller "fin" wings to which sails are attached - one in full sheet to the wind. Around this ship in the distance are other ships, similarly designed all with different configurations of wings and fins and flying flags of all colors. Further back a sort of docking station above the roiling ocean below, from which a distant ship is leaving. In the sky far above another planet and its moon can be seen through partial cloud cover. Below the waves of the planetary ocean is teeming with all manner of life -- most notably large deep blue/purple whale like creatures that swim along side the starships floating in the water. The rings themselves do not appear to be disturbing the local fauna apart from the large white-insect/bird creatures in the far distance. In the small patch of sky visible at the top left we see the large structure that houses the ring-shaped cruise vehicles while not in use.
