honestly, it's better that way.
man, we watched lone wolf mcquade last week because i wanted to share a badass movie from my youth with my 18 year-old son.
it was not . . . i repeat, was NOT . . . as awesome as i remembered. it is a very, very terrible movie.

since there's so much churn in here, i figure i'll give you a serious answer:
it's just a document of some kind. it's meant to be ambiguous because the document type depends on the kind of information it's meant to convey, and the word "document" is such a loaded term. we used it a lot at disney.

as someone who worked on club penguin, it CAN be done at scale, but it is very expensive and very "manual effort".
