The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.

Calling protest “lawlessness,” faith communities “mobs,” and local governance “obstruction” is how they justify overreach. We see it for what it is. Minnesota does not need permission to protect its people, its rights, or its democracy.

Foxtrot Papa Bravo! This letter isn’t about public safety. It’s a federal demand that Minnesota abandon local control, hand over sensitive data, and treat dissent as criminal behavior.
