I’m horrified by Trump’s order to send 300 National Guard troops to Chicago. We’re only nine months into a four year term and already the president is trying to invade an American city. If you’re in the Guard, you can and should refuse these orders.

In order for the United States to become a party to the International Criminal Court and have our officials be subject to trial at The Hague, the US Senate would need to ratify the Rome statute by a two-thirds vote. Let’s start running on that.

No. He's saying he doesn't like being labeled as a "fascist", because that's incendiary language that might incite violence. Same as labeling people "terrorists", or "radicals", or "vermin."
And, yes, he is ignoring the irony/hypocrisy.
