Sidenote: No one told me that switching from strength training to bodybuilding was such a humbling experience.... Here's my ass thinking benching 155 lbs for 4x12 was gunna be a walk in the park when my max is 235. Little did I know only 2 mins in-between sets would fuck me up. 😭

Meowdy! Hope everyone's holidays are going well! Sorry I've been gone for a while. Been out with a cold, but finally starting to recover. First day back from the gym kicked my ass! Definitely gained a bit of lbs. But pump is looking nice! Enjoy the pg thirst pic!

Sorry I haven't been on as much! Life's been taking a bit of a toll on me. Been trying to recuperate and get back into my routine. Trying to work on your career, your body, maintaining a social life, and your mental health is definitely a heavy load to carry.
