It may seem unfair for me to carp about a show that I haven't seen 4/5 of, but Stranger Things has the same problem as other overhyped TV series, in that it's way too long for me to sit through to get to what might be good about it.

If you like Stranger Things, cool! I liked Alien Earth, even though it had serious Problems™. But at least I could see what was happening in that show
