This is where the smaller Santa hat ended up. I asked V if I could decorate their Titanic model this year. They hung the lights and I made the hat. My stocking ripped last year, so I got a new one and V was like, "You should use the old one for the hat." It was what pulled the whole look together.

Wanted to decorate a little, so I sewed up a couple hats real quick. My skull candle is now festively dapper.

V came home yesterday with a gift for me. They were very thoughtful about the stones they picked for me. It made me cry a little and I felt very loved and cared for. What a thoughtful person! I am privileged to know them. 💖🥰💖

This is what I spent my morning looking at. 😍 I've been getting a lot done in this little corner lately.

On today's episode of reasons why my gym is cool: an energy drink in a recumbent bike.

Like, take care of your trash folks. But also, we're just people here. Everyday people grabbing an imperfect workout. No need to feel self conscious about anything. We're just showing up is all.

My gym has a bulletin board filled with local art. This is my current favorite.

Spending time with my kitties and I spot Mori Pori's feet. So I poke the camera around the corner and snap a pic. Then she baps me twice and pulls the curtain around herself more.

Please be near but unperceiving, got it.

My Mother's Day presents 😍

I'm feeling very grateful for my family. We're going through some rough times. Things are changing; we're changing. But at the end of the day, we're loved by and, we love, each other.

Treated myself to a new journal because 🤩. I love how the page is laid out. Also, this one is also the coolest pen I've ever had. Journaling at its most fun!

My friend stayed over last night and sent me this picture of Freyja and Mori staring at her. It was breakfast time, so I'm assuming they were inviting her to feed them.

Found this for super cheap at an antique store. I want to look into cleaning it up and seeing if I can't make it look nice again. Not sure how to rehab something like this, but it was just a few bucks so it's worth a try.

Turns out they have those plants at Home Depot. Also, pretty sure this cactus has been holding a cat.

Found this cool dude out in the wild. I love being able to see roots like this. It's just so satisfying.
A clear glass globe is being used as a planter. There's no dirt, only water and you can see lots of noodley roots twisted around inside. The plant has grown up through a cork at the top of the small globe.
