Another sign too was I would get along better with people who are neurodivergent & direct.
Others were the tipy toeing, physical sensitivity, emotional regulation issue, not understanding social cues, intense fixations, executive dysfunction,etc.
Kind of baffling they didn't pick up on this sooner

Ngl, autism and ADHD explains 90 percent of the issues I've had in my life.
My therapist said there weren't the tools we have today so a lot of people slipped through the cracks.
People usually treated me as either slow, weird, awkward, smart or a mix. It felt odd.

I got this new therapist and she's been helping a lot recently with my issues and I'm thankful for that.

It feels good talking with more people IRL. It's hard for me but I've been pushing myself to do it and it's been helping me a lot

My town had this event for a few days and it was really fun. I talked to a lot of new people, ate some good food, etc. I'm hoping to go to next year's one

I rewatched Bambi and it's as good as I remember. It's an extremely beautiful movie and the soundtrack is also great. I can't really think of any flaws it has. I'm probably going to watch the second one soon.

I'm so happy that I'm finally getting the help I need. It sucked that I didn't have the help back then & got misdiagnosed w/ BPD. it is a relief that I don't have that & I wish they figured out what was wrong with me when I was a little kid but it oh She is pretty sure I have ADHD and Autism.
