As it's only happening when you aren't pedalling that would suggest (to me) an issue with the freewheel. It may need serviced (regreasing).

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

Streets conducive to walking and cycling have functional, safe and accessible design.
Professionals must approach street design, regulation and user behaviour holistically.
Combinations of influencing factors persuade people to either use or avoid a street.

Indeed. However, I always find that cases like this leave a bad taste in the mouth.
I've been accused of enjoying reporting people in the past. That couldn't be further from the truth. It's not unusual for me to be certain I'm going to report something initially and then talk myself out of it later

I should also add, I hated reporting this one. I know that this could have implications for his job, but he is the cause of any outcome, not me. If you don't drive dangerously or threaten me, then you haven't got anything to worry about.

I've now provided a statement for this driver and they will likely be charged on two counts (driving and threats). What I didn't mention previously was that as well as tailgating me they also brake checked me after overtaking. 😞

That thing where a taxi driver tells you he'll 'give you a slap' for daring to tell him not to drive 1m from your rear wheel. You the ask him if that's a threat and his reply is, 'yes that's a threat!'. That escalated quickly. 🤦🏻‍♂️
