One of the funniest/worst things I remember from the early days of Covid was after some new terrible variant had come over from England, some doctor wore an inflatable Christmas tree costume to work in the ER (I think in San Jose) and the fan in the costume blew their germs around.

You know who is paid a lot of money? ICE agents. Up to $50,000 signing bonus. Just to parade around like tough guys, harass POC, and occasionally shoot a pastor in the head with a pepper spray ball.

What a joy to get paid for doing something you love and would do for free!
